Coleman is Lancashire-born. She was the head girl in the Arnold School, Blackpool and was awarded straight A's on her A level. Steven Moffat announced at a Doctor Who press conference on 21 March that Coleman has replaced Karen Gillan as the companion of the Doctor since Arthur Darvill left the series and was to play the role with Matt Smith. Moffat chose her due to her ability to work together with Smith as well as the fact that she spoke faster than him. Eva Larue..............................Eva LaRue is an American actor and model.
